WHAT CAN I RETURN FOR A REFUND?
All regular* merchandise may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days. Please carefully review the refund requirements below.
* Regular merchandise consists of products that are purchased at full price or any sales or promotional orders that are not final/clearance sales.
REFUND POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for international orders.
All international orders are final sale.

For any return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Do not mark your package as return to sender or refused as packages that are refused or marked as “return to sender” will be sent to dead mail and will not be eligible for a refund.

Our free shirts just cover shipping, and handling offer is not eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable, and that is all you cover for this amazing offer!
Clearance/Mystery 4 Packs
All clearance items, including Mystery 4 Packs, are final sale*.
* Final sales are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
BOGO/Pack Sales
Refunds are available; however, please note that no partial refunds are provided. Please contact our Customer Care team for information on specific return instructions.
VIP
All VIP packages are eligible for a full refund. In order to receive a refund on V.I.P. Packages, all items must be returned unworn with original tags attached. If the package included a free gift, it must be returned as well. If you decide to keep the gift, the full retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund.
Replacement Orders
All replacement orders are not eligible for a refund as they hold no cash value. In order for your package to be eligible for a refund, the original order purchased must be returned.
Sock/Underwear Packs
Sock/underwear packs are final sale*. Should an exception be made to honor an exchange on intimate apparel, all items must be unworn and have tags attached. All items returned that do not meet these requirements will be denied and disposed of.
I RETURNED MY PACKAGE, NOW WHAT?
Depending on where you are located, it can take about 5-7 business days for your package to return to us! Once your package arrives, the estimated processing time is 48 hours (this does not include any delays due to a higher volume of returns).
In most cases, a member of our returns team will contact you to inform you of the status of your return!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO PROCESS?
Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank to mark your funds available. If your original method of payment is not available for any reason, a store credit will be provided.
HOLIDAY RETURN TIMES
Any holiday sale or full-priced orders placed from October 31st to December 14th will have an extended exchange time until January 15th. This is excluding any orders placed via our New Customer Promotion (including add-on promotions), V.I.P. renewals, and V.I.P. discounted purchases. Orders must meet all other exchange requirements.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
If your return was denied for any of the following reasons, your package will not be re-shipped. If your return was denied, your items will be destroyed due to health concerns.
